Is your service really free?
Yes. We never charge families for our placement help. Our services are paid for by the communities, so you receive our guidance at no cost.
What areas do you serve?
We work throughout Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Diego County, and surrounding areas.
How quickly can you place someone?
We can move quickly if needed. In urgent situations, placement can happen within the same week or even the same day. Learn more about how it works.
Do you only work with certain senior living communities?
No. We partner with a wide network of licensed communities across Southern California. Our recommendations are always based on your needs and preferences, not on commission structures.
How do you decide which communities to recommend?
We only refer to communities we have personally vetted and would feel confident recommending to our own family members. We consider factors such as quality of care, staff stability, cleanliness, safety, and how well the environment matches your priorities.
What if we are not ready to move yet?
That is perfectly fine. Many families reach out just to learn about their options. We are happy to provide information now so you can be prepared when the time comes.
What types of senior living options are available?
We can guide you through Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Board and Care homes, Respite Care, and Hospice partnerships. We will help you understand the differences and which may be the best fit.
Do you offer help with memory care placement?
Yes. We have extensive experience helping families find safe, compassionate memory care communities for loved ones with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
Can you help with in-home care services?
Yes. While our specialty is senior living placement, we can connect you with trusted in-home care providers if staying at home is the best option for now.
Do you tour the communities with us?
Yes. We arrange and attend tours with you to make sure your questions are answered and that you feel confident about your decision.
